Tony is driven by passion and desire to help underprivileged kids in Cape Verde Islands and within his community in United States.
After the volcano eruption in his place of birth, Fogo Cape Verde, he raised $14,005 and was able to support 289 families with most basic necessities.
He is employed by Balise Auto group Car Wash and Detail Centers as General Manager and has been part of several Balise charity events.
Driven by passion, commitment and the will to help underprivileged children is the foundation of this group of friends. They all share a common vision to create opportunities for all children.

Nelson has been supporting and mentoring at risk youth to overcome and beat the odds. His passion is notably noticed as Director of Equity and Inclusion at Boston College High School.
Eden Soares Graphic Designer & Fundraising Coordinator
Eden is self employed creative graphic designer with tremendous talent in his field of work. He has a huge passion for giving back, noticeable during one of his trip to Cape Verde where he donated his time and talent painting schools. He is responsible for OLAC logo design and all other graphics.
Iva BritoFundraising Coordinator
Iva is a artist, poet, actress, educator and activist. Since graduating from college she worked and volunteered for several organizations that main objectives is giving back to community. Presently working as a counselor for young adults students at Bristol Community College.
Ivan Brito Vice - President
Ivan's dedication and commitment to give back is noticeable by his choice of career. Currently working as the Chief Operating Officer for MO LIFE Inc. a nonprofit company helping that helps individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Tony Andrade Corporate & Community Specialist
Tony passion to help came to fruition when he won the Lisa Lopez Leadership award - his company's most prestigious award. His submission of "Operation Smile" helped over 120 children with oral care, in addition he set up a computer/internet lab for children.
He is a Senior Field Representative for Haemonetics.
Rosa Gomes Treasurer
Rosa is passionate about helping children and has over 10 years experience advocating for youth. Currently she is ESL teacher at Keith Middle School.
Lucia Soraya Dos Santos Secretary
Soraya works in the mental health field with children and families around complex trauma. She has volunteered with several organizations to assist kids in Cape Verde and local community in US. Her commitment and passion to help is relentless.
